Frequently Asked Questions

We at Jenelle In Faith Transport are committed to making your journey with us an easy and stress free experience. Listed below are a number of questions and answers which can set your mind at ease , as you consider using our services.

Q: How do I reserve a taxi to take me from BGI Airport to my hotel/ villa/guest house, etc?

A: Send us an e-mail or call us with your request details ( arrival & departure dates, flight information, etc.)

    at least 3 - 5 days before arrival date.

 

Q: Is a deposit required to reserve a booking ?

A: Yes, there’s a 25% non-refundable deposit required.

 

Q: Do you accept credit cards/ PayPal?

A: Yes, we do accept Visa/ Master cards and PayPal payments.

Q: Where and how would I recognize you upon arriving at the Airport or Seaport ?

A: We usually meet on the land side of the arrivals hall. Be on the look out for our yellow logo sign

     with your name on it.

Q: Are your vehicles air conditioned and well kept?

A: Yes please, all our vehicles are fully air conditioned and well kept, from Driver to the vehicle.

 

Q: Are your Driver's Covid - 19 Certified and approved?

A: Yes, all of our driver's are Covid - 19 Certified and will have the Certified sticker displayed on the

    dashboard of their vehicles. 

 

Q: Do we have to wear mask for the duration of the journey if we are fully vaccinated?

A: Yes, everyone in the vehicle for the duration of the journey must wear mask covering their faces. 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Jenelle In Faith Transport will  do our best to accommodate all of your transportation needs amongst other request.

 Once your booking is complete, we will provide you with a complete invoice and all necessary information.

Refund Policy

You may request to cancel your booking for a full refund, minus all processing fees, 

 

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of cancellation. The procedure can sometimes take 7-10 business days to be completed (i.e. for you to see a reflection of the transaction on your account.)

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking 7 calendar days in advance of the date of your scheduled tour your payment will be refunded in full, minus all processing fees,

 

If you cancel at least 3-5 calendar days in advance of the date of your scheduled booking your payment will be refunded. You will however be charged a late cancellation fee.  

 

If you cancel within 2 calendar days of the date of your scheduled booking you will be refunded 50%.

If travel plans are forcibly changed whether involving flight cancellations or your ship changing itinerary your payment will be refunded in full, minus all processing fees.
